Recording, editing, and publishing each session created a valuable resource repository. I deployed a strategic, multichannel promotional campaign. Effectively leveraging segmented email marketing and dynamic social media engagement and ensuring the message was on-brand. Guaranteeing our virtual sessions reached and captivated a broad audience.

      Tools & Technologies

I harnessed the capabilities of Eventbrite for comprehensive event management and Hubspot for CRM and targeted email marketing campaigns, ensuring each touchpoint with attendees was impactful. The Adobe Creative Suite was my toolset for producing visually stunning and brand-cohesive content. Our strategic use of YouTube and diverse social media channels maximized our content's reach and influence. Agora Pulse was essential for scheduling content distribution and optimizing our social media engagement.

      Results

The initiative was a resounding success, attracting over 800 participants in just two years. These figures speak to the sessions' resonance with the audience and their effectiveness in lead generation and enrollment conversion, underscoring the strategic importance of these events in our marketing portfolio.
